I guess I forgot to update this to let everyone know that my heart is alright. There isn't anything wrong with it. I wore that monitor for 24hrs, and then I had an ultra sound done on my heart. There were no negative results from either test and the doctor told me that my heart was just "over-excited." Haha...leave it to me to have an over-excited heart. Well anyway, I do have trouble when I run cuz it gets so high, so the doctor did give me some medicine I can take that will actually lower my heart rate. ^^
